TURUNÇ has advised IMS Health in connection with its acquisition of certain information solutions and customer relationship management (CRM) and strategic data businesses of Cegedim.

IMS Health is a U.S.-based global provider of information and technology services to the healthcare industry to measure and improve performance. Cegedim is a multinational health technology company headquartered in France.
