Our dispute resolution services include the following:

• Representing clients in all stages of litigation in Turkish courts including before the Supreme Court of Appeals. We have a network of over 70 lawyers in Turkey and can deliver quick, cost-efficient representation throughout the country.
• Representing clients in domestic and international alternative dispute resolution proceedings including mediation and arbitration. We’re a founding member of the Istanbul Arbitration Association and one of our partners sits on the association’s board.
• Enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards

In addition to local clients, our lawyers have represented clients from Europe, the United States, and Asia in numerous Turkish litigations. The majority (more than 90%) of our litigation clients are multinational corporations.
