New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Private M&A 2024

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Private M&A (2024) title. The contributing lawyers were Noyan Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel and Kerem Turunç.

The publication is a comparative guide of the regulation of mergers and acquisitions transactions relating to private companies in 24 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2023 edition are Austria, Brazil, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Norway, Philippines, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Zambia. The consulting editors are Will Pearce and Louis L. Goldberg of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
