New Publication: The International Comparative Legal Guide to Product Liability 2018

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of The International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) to Product Liability 2018. The contributing lawyers were Noyan Turunç and Esin Çamlıbel.

The publication is a guide to product liability legislation in 23 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered are Albania, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, England & Wales, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kosovo, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, the UAE and the United States.
