PETRONAS Obtains Group Exemption from the Competition Board

TURUNÇ client PETRONAS has successfully obtained a group exemption from the Turkish Competition Board to enter into exclusive supply agreements with distributors, retailers and other buyers of lubricant products. TURUNÇ filed for the exemption and oversaw the application throughout the review process by the Competition Board.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç and Esin Çamlıbel.
