TURUNÇ Advises BRN on Investment from the EBRD and Abraaj

TURUNÇ has advised BRN Sleep Products on the sale of a minority stake to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and The Abraaj Group.

EBRD is an multilateral developmental bank focused on supporting the development of market economies. Abraaj is a private equity fund focused primarily on growth markets, and invested in BRN through its Turkey-dedicated Anatolia Growth Capital Fund.
