TURUNÇ Advises Hopin on its Acquisition of Boomset

TURUNÇ has advised UK-based Hopin, an Andreessen Horowitz and LinkedIn-backed virtual, in-person and hybrid events management platform, on its acquisition of U.S.-based Boomset, a developer of event software solutions.

The TURUNÇ team included Kerem Turunç, Gözde Kıran and Ecem Kütükçüler. Goodwin Procter also advised Hopin on the transaction.
