TURUNÇ Advises Sphera on its Acquisition of SupplyShift

TURUNÇ has advised Sphera, a global provider of environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and risk management software, data and consulting services with a focus on environment, health, safety & sustainability (EHS&S), operational risk management and product stewardship, and a portfolio company of Blackstone, the World’s largest alternative asset manager, on its acquisition of SupplyShift, an end-to-end supply chain data management, sustainability, responsible sourcing, and supplier engagement platform.
