TURUNÇ Advises Valeo on the Sale of its Hydraulic Actuation Division to Raicam

TURUNÇ has advised global automotive products supplier Valeo on the sale of its passive hydraulic actuation division to Raicam, an Italy-based producer of brakes, clutches and actuators for the automotive industry. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP was Italian counsel to Valeo.

The sale was part of the merger clearance process for Valeo’s acquisition of German clutch manufacturer FTE.
