TURUNÇ Charlesbank Capital Partners on its Acquisition of a Controlling Stake in Plaskolite

TURUNÇ has advised Charlesbank Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity fund, on Turkish law matters relating to Charlesbank’s acquisition of a controlling stake in Plaskolite, the largest manufacturer of acrylic and other plastic sheet (ABS, PETG and polycarbonate) in the United States. Plaskolite also has a joint venture affiliate in Turkey. Goodwin Procter acted as U.S counsel for Charlesbank.
