TURUNÇ Sponsors the 9th Annual Asia-Pacific In-house Counsel Summit

TURUNÇ has sponsored the 9th Annual Asia-Pacific In-House Counsel Summit. The event was organized by asialaw (a division of Euromoney Institutional Investor) in association with the International Bar Association, Hong Kong Corporate Counsel Association and the Legal Media Group, and held in Hong Kong on March 21 & 22, 2012.

Noyan Turunç, Kerem Turunç and Aslı Işık represented TURUNÇ at the summit, which included a panel on Turkey hosted by the Firm. Gülçin Aytekin, commercial attaché at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Turkey in Hong Kong also joined the panel, which focused on Turkish legal and regulatory framework relating to foreign direct investment, inward M&A transaction and Turkish competition laws, among other topics.
