Yasemin Erden Joins the Firm as a Partner

We are pleased to announce that Yasemin Erden has joined TURUNÇ as a partner.

Yasemin Erden is a seasoned M&A expert with many years of experience in cross-border and domestic transactions involving multination companies, Turkish conglomerates, and Turkish and international investment funds.

Her sector experience is broad and includes, among others, retail, finance, construction, logistics, manufacturing and technology.

A graduate of the University of Cambridge, she was most recently in-house counsel at Ata Holding, and previously held various in house and law firm positions.
