Elif Çağlayan’s primary areas of expertise are dispute resolution, real estate, employment and corporate governance.
She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients in these practice areas. She also advises on the same aspects of M&A transactions and other projects.
Prior to joining TURUNÇ, Elif Çağlayan worked at several law firms.
She obtained her LL.B. degree degree from Bilkent University.
