Naz Esen is an expert in capital markets institutions, fund formation, and corporate governance with respect to both private and public companies.
She advises many regulated funds, asset managers and other regulated entities, as well as domestic and multinational companies in these areas. She also has extensive M&A experience, in particular with respect to technology acquisitions and venture capital investments. Her industry expertise includes automotive, consumer goods, financial institutions, retail, energy and technology.
Naz Esen obtained her law degree from Koç University.
