Seda Köprülü’s primary areas of expertise are mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions, with a particular emphasis on fund investments. She also advises domestic and international clients on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining TURUNÇ, Seda Köprülü worked at several law firms.
She obtained her LL.B. degree degree from Koç University.
