New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Debt Capital Markets 2020

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Debt Capital Markets (2020) title. The contributing lawyers were Kerem Turunç and Esin Çamlıbel.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to debt capital markets in 14 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2020 edition are Germany, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States. The contributing editors are David Lopez, Adam E. Fleisher and Julian Cardona of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
