New Publication: The International Comparative Legal Guides – Product Liability 2020

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of The International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) – Product Liability 2020. The contributing lawyers were Naz Esen and Beste Yıldızili Ergül.

The publication is a guide to product liability legislation in 20 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered are Australia, Brazil, Cyprus, England & Wales, France, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United States.
