Kerem Turunç to Speak at EuroFinance’s Cash, Treasury and Risk Management in Turkey Conference

Kerem Turunç will be one of the speakers at EuroFinance’s 8th Annual Conference on Cash, Treasury and Risk Management in Turkey. This year’s theme is “how world crises can change your financial management for the better” and will include a diverse array of topics, including Basel III rules, mobile banking, credit insurance and accounting standards under the new Turkish Commercial Code.

Kerem Turunç will speak on the following two panels:

– “The new Commercial Code: Accounting for it all,” which will focus on the international reporting standards to be used under the new Turkish Commercial Code. The other panelists will be Bülent Akgül from Fitch Ratings and Tuğba Balıklı from BALIKLI Audit Advisory.

– “The EuroFinance corporate debt protocol,” which will focus on the development of the Turkish corporate debt market. The other panelists will be Yıldırım Akar from the Capital Markets Board and Demet Bozkurt from the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
