Macopharma GMPi Completes its Acquisition of Lmb Technologie

TURUNÇ has advised Macopharma GMPi, a France-based multinational provider of blood transfusion products and services, on obtaining the approval of the Turkish Competition Board for its acquisition of Lmb Technologie, a provider of blood banking solutions. The closing of the transaction recently took place.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Beste Yıldızili Ergül and Naz Esen.
