New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Ports & Terminals 2022

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Ports & Terminals (2022) title. The contributing lawyers were Esin Çamlıbel, Naz Esen and Beste Yıldızili Ergül.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to ports and terminals in 18 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2022 edition are Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, India, Italy, Japan, Mozambique, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Paraguay, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, UAE, United Kingdom and Venezuela. The contributing editor is Alex Kyriakoulis of HFW.
