New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Private Equity (Transactions) 2023

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Private Equity (Transactions) (2023) title. The contributing lawyers were Noyan Turunç and Kerem Turunç.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to private equity transactions in 18 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2023 edition are Austria, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, China, Germany, India, Iran, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Nigeria, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.
