Pollet Medical Group Receives Competition Board Approval for its Majority Acquisition of Farmasol

TURUNÇ has advised Pollet Medical Group, a Belgium-based provider of medical services and solutions for the healthcare industry, on obtaining the approval of the Turkish Competition Board for Pollet’s majority acquisition of Farmasol, a specialty pharmaceutical company. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place later this year.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Beste Yıldızili Ergül and Naz Esen.

Pollet Medical Group was also advised by Prokon.
