Third Party Funding in Investment Arbitration Webinar

Managing Partner Kerem Turunç will host a webinar on April 15, 2022 entitled “Third Party Funding in Investment Arbitration: Towards a New Procedural and Ethical Paradigm,” organized by the Istanbul Arbitration Association. Kerem Turunç will be joined by Can Eker, PhD candidate at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, whose research focuses on third party funding.
