TURUNÇ Advises BigChefs on its Acquisition of NumNum

TURUNÇ is advising leading restaurant chain BigChefs and its fund investor Taxim Capital on the acquisition of NumNum, a casual dining chain, from private equity fund İş Girişim renowned chef Mehmet Gürs.

The transaction is expected to close in 2020.

This is an add-on investment for Taxim Capital, which acquired a stake BigChefs in a transaction advised by TURUNÇ.
