TURUNÇ Advises Taxim Capital on its Investment in Big Chefs

TURUNÇ has advised the private equity fund Taxim Capital on its acquisition of a 40% stake in BigChefs, a Turkish restaurant chain with an international footprint, from shareholders Gamze Cizreli and Saruhan Tan.

This is the first acquisition of Taxim Capital following the first closing of its EUR 100+ million fund.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Grace Maral Burnett, Didem Bengisu, Naz Esen, Beste Yıldızili and Gözde Kıran.
