TURUNÇ Advises Borsa Istanbul on its Acquisition of London Metal Exchange’s Stake in LCH.Clearnet

TURUNÇ has advised Borsa Istanbul on its acquisition of all of the stake of the London Metal Exchange in the clearinghouse LCH.Clearnet.

This is the third significant international transaction on which TURUNÇ has advised Borsa Istanbul since 2013. The previous two were Borsa Istanbul’s strategic partnership with NASDAQ OMX and its partnership with the London Stock Exchange relating to Borsa Istanbul indices.

The TURUNÇ team was led by Kerem Turunç. Travers Smith also advised Borsa Istanbul. Sardis Capital provided financial advisory services to Borsa Istanbul.
