TURUNÇ Advises Caffè Nero on the Purchase of Shares from its Turkish JV Partner

TURUNÇ has advised UK-based international coffeehouse chain Caffè Nero on the purchase of the entire equity stake held by its Turkish joint venture partner Infinity Invest in Caffè Nero’s Turkish subsidiary. As a result of the transaction, Caffè Nero Turkey has become a fully-owned subsidiary of the Caffè Nero group.
