TURUNÇ Advises ICTSI on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Evyap Port

TURUNÇ is advising International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), a global port management company headquartered in the Philippines and operating 29 ports in various countries, on its proposed 65% acquisition of Evyap Port, the fourth largest privately-owned Turkish port.

Holman Fenwick Willan is acting as English counsel to ICTSI on the transaction, which is subject to the approval of the Turkish Competition Board.
