TURUNÇ Advises ICV Partners on its Sale of Horizon Air Freight to GHK Capital Partners

TURUNÇ has advised ICV Partners, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies in North America, on its sale of Horizon Air Freight, a U.S.-based provider of specialized global marine logistics services, to GHK Capital Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Kerem Turunç, Naz Esen, Övgü Kopal, Canberk Taze and Baran Ezeli.

ICV Partners was also advised by DLA Piper.
