TURUNÇ Advises Micro Focus on the Sale of SUSE to EQT

TURUNÇ has advised Micro Focus, a UK-based FTSE 250 software and technology company, on its USD 2.5 billion sale of SUSE, its open-source software business, EQT Partners, a Swedish private equity fund.
