TURUNÇ Advises Riverwood Capital on its Investment in Insider

TURUNÇ has advised, along with Cooley LLP, U.S.-based private equity fund Riverwood Capital on its investment in Insider, a growth management platform for digital marketers. Riverwood led the $32 million club deal, with participation from Sequoia, Wamda and Endeavor Catalyst.

The TURUNÇ team included Kerem Turunç, Noyan Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Gizem Günel, Beste Yıldızili Ergül, Naz Esen and Ecem Kütükçüler.
