TURUNÇ Advises Rivulis Irrigation On Its Acquisition of Eurodrip

TURUNÇ has represented Rivulis Irrigation Ltd., an Israel-headquartered global micro and drip irrigation solutions provider, on its 100% acquisition of Eurodrip SA, a Greek drip irrigation solutions company, from the U.S. private fund Paine Schwartz Partners, LLC.

TURUNÇ acted alongside Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. as Israeli counsel and Kyriakides Georgopoulos as Greek counsel to Rivulis.
