TURUNÇ Advises Taxim Capital on its Fund Formation

TURUNÇ has advised first-time private equity firm Taxim Capital on the formation and first closing of its Turkey-focused generalist fund, which includes an institutional investor base with a target size of EUR 200 million.

In addition to TURUNÇ, Kirkland & Ellis and Mourant Ozannes also advised Taxim Capital.
