TURUNÇ Advises Uyum Gıda in the Sale of a Significant Minority Interest to Makro Market

TURUNÇ has advised Uyum Gıda, a publicly traded supermarket chain, and its shareholders on the sale of sale of a 47.32% equity stake to Makro Market, another supermarket chain. The closing of the transaction is subject to the Turkish Competition Board’s clearance.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Özlem Oğuzlar and Elif Tulunay.
