Yasemin Erden is a seasoned M&A expert with many years of experience in cross-border and domestic transactions involving multination companies, Turkish conglomerates, and Turkish and international investment funds.
Prior to joining TURUNÇ, she was most recently in house counsel at Ata Holding, and previously held various in house and law firm positions.
Her sector experience is broad and includes, among others, retail, finance, construction, logistics, manufacturing and technology.
Yasemin Erden is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.
