TURUNÇ Advises Riverwood Capital on its Investment in Picus Security

TURUNÇ has advised, along with Greenberg Traurig LLP, U.S.-based private equity fund Riverwood Capital on its investment in Picus Security, a Turkish-American cybersecurity company focused on breach and attack simulation (BAS) and security validation.
