Groupe Atlantic Completes its Investment in Eneko Havalandırma

TURUNÇ has advised Groupe Atlantic, a France-based global HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) company, on obtaining the approval of the Turkish Competition Board for its %50 acquisition of Eneko Havalandırma, a producer of high efficiency ventilation and air conditioning devices. The closing of the transaction recently took place.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Beste Yıldızili Ergül and Naz Esen.

Groupe Atlantic was also advised by Prokon.
