The publication, previously known as Getting the Deal Through, is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to venture capital investments in 13 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by guide are Austria, China, Denmark, Germany, India, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and the United States. The editor is Curtis L. Mo of DLA Piper.
