TURUNÇ Advises Peoplise on its Majority Sale to Logo

TURUNÇ has advised long-standing client Peoplise and its founders on the majority sale of Peoplise to Logo Software. Other selling shareholders included Revo Capital and 500 Startups.

Peoplise is a provider of video-enabled online recruitment tools. Logo Software is one of the leading business applications developers in Turkey and trades on Borsa Istanbul.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Gizem Günel, Naz Esen, Beste Yıldızili Ergül and Ecem Kütükçüler.
