TURUNÇ to Sponsor the IFLR European In-House Counsel Summit

TURUNÇ will be one of the sponsors the European In-House Counsel Summit, organized by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR). The event will be held in London on January 24, 2013 and bring together private practitioners and corporate counsel from around the continent.

The topics to be discussed at the forum include corporate governance, employment, protection intellectual property rights, competition law, dispute resolution, M&A and private equity transactions, restructuring, and debt and equity offerings.

Kerem Turunç will be a panelist, along with Richard May (Partner, Fried Frank), Claire Chapman (Ceneral Counsel and Company Secretary, DMGT) and Robert Robinson (Group General Counsel, Amlin) on the “Corporate Governance” panel.
