Netcad Files for IPO

TURUNÇ client Netcad has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) of its shares on Borsa Istanbul, Turkey’s national stock exchange. Turkey’s Capital Markets Board and Borsa Istanbul must both approve the IPO.

Netcad is a software development company specializing in geographical information systems (GIS) and computer aided design (CAD).

TURUNÇ is advising Netcad and it majority shareholder Taxim Capital, a Turkey-focused private equity fund. The IPO will be intermediated by Ak Yatırım and İş Yatırım. Sadık & Sadık is also advising on certain aspects of the transaction.

The TURUNÇ team includes Noyan Turunç, İltem Dokurlar, Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Naz Esen, Beste Yıldızili Ergül, Gözde Kıran, Övgü Kopal, Selay Berfin Turgut and Canberk Taze.
