New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Initial Public Offerings 2024

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Initial Public Offerings (2024) title. The contributing lawyers were İltem Dokurlar, Kerem Turunç, Naz Esen and Övgü Kopal.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to initial public offerings in 16 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2024 edition are Australia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.
