New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Loans & Secured Financing 2024

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Loans & Secured Financing (2024) title. The contributing lawyers were Ilgın Eroğlu Alyanak and Naz Esen.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to loans and secured financing transactions in 13 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2024 edition are The Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the United States. The contributing editors are Michael Chernick and Thomas Mastoras of Shearman & Sterling LLP.
