New Publication: Lexology Panoramic – Initial Public Offerings 2026

TURUNÇ authored the Turkish chapter of Lexology Panoramic’s Initial Public Offerings 2026 title. The contributing lawyers were İltem Dokurlar, Naz Esen, Övgü Kopal and Kerem Turunç.

The publication, previously known as Getting the Deal Through, is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to venture capital investments in 11 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by guide are Austria, Denmark, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States. The contributing editors are Joshua Ford Bonnie, William R Golden III, Katharine L. Thompson and Aarthy S. Thamodaran of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
