New Publication: Lexology Panoramic – Private Equity (Transactions) 2024

TURUNÇ authored the Turkish chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Private Equity (Transactions) 2024 title. The contributing lawyers were Noyan Turunç and Kerem Turunç.

The publication, previously known as Getting the Deal Through, is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to private equity transactions in 17 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2024 edition are Austria, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Germany, India, Japan, Lebanon, Netherlands, Nigeria, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam. The contributing editor is Atif Azher of Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP.
