New Publication: The International Comparative Legal Guide to Product Liability 2017

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of The International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) to Product Liability 2017. The contributing lawyers were Noyan Turunç and Didem Bengisu.

The publication is a guide to product liability legislation in 23 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered are Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, England & Wales, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan and the United States.
