Three TURUNÇ Lawyers Recognized in Who’s Who Legal: M&A and Governance 2023

We are pleased to announce that Esin Çamlıbel, Kerem Turunç and Noyan Turunç have been recognized in Who’s Who Legal: M&A and Governance 2023, a guide to the world’s leading M&A, corporate governance lawyers.

TURUNÇ was the only Turkish firm to have three lawyers ranked in the M&A and Governance rankings, which were released on 16 June 2023.

First published in 1996 and now part of Lexology, Who’s Who Legal identifies and endorses preeminent private practitioners around the world in numerous areas of business law. Per Who’s Who Legal, the M&A and Governance guide “endorses pre-eminent private practitioners involved in a broad spectrum of corporate work including public takeovers, private M&A, joint ventures, disposals and corporate governance issues.
