TURUNÇ Advises Android Industries on its Acquisition by Detroit Manufacturing Systems

TURUNÇ has advised Android Industries, a U.S.-based multinational complex assembly solutions provider for the automotive industry, on its sale to Detroit Manufacturing Systems, an automotive manufacturing, assembly and sequencing company. Detroit Manufacturing Systems also acquired Avancez, LLC, an assembler of power train, chassis, and tire and wheel modules. The three entities will operate under a new entity called Voltava.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Beste Yıldızili Ergül, Naz Esen, Övgü Kopal, Elif Çağlayan and Batuhan Eraslan.
