TURUNÇ Advises CyberFOX on its Acquisition of Timus Networks

TURUNÇ has advised CyberFOX, a U.S.-based global cybersecurity solutions provider, and a Level Equity portfolio company, on its acquisition of Timus Networks, a cloud-native cybersecurity company.

Goodwin Procter also advised CyberFOX.
