TURUNÇ Advises Vinci Venture Capital on its Follow-on Investment in Octovan

TURUNÇ has advised Vinci Venture Capital on its investment in Octovan, an online platform for movers and customers in need of small or large scale intracity and intercity moves. Vinci Venture Capital is the venture capital fund affiliate of İnci Holding, a large Turkish conglomerate.

Vinci was joined by Arz Portföy and several private investors in this investor round. This is a follow-on investment by Vinci, which initially invested in Octovan in in 2019 in a transaction advised by TURUNÇ.

The TURUNÇ team included Yasemin Erden, Kerem Turunç, Naz Esen, Övgü Kopal and Baran Ezeli.
